Sparring (Sanda) is a sport in which the two sides confront each other, using Kung Fu methods such as kicking, hitting, falling, and defense.
Its requiring practitioners to correctly grasp the timing of offense, defense and on-the-spot adaptability in practice !
散打是以双方互相对抗的一项运动方式,运用功夫中的踢,打,摔和防守等方法,要求练习者在实践中正确的把握进攻的时机,防守和现场的应变能力!
